  Huawei introduced HarmonyOS at its annual developers conference. According to CEO Richard Yu, this new operating system of the company was being worked on since 2017 and the product working on this OS will also be introduced tomorrow under Honor. With the new operating, Huawei aims to provide an open source platform that can be used from smartphones to TVs, laptops and even cars                          HarmonyOS is the company's new OS based on MicroKernel. This means that it will use the least amount of resources, ensuring that the operating speed is fast. It is open source and comes with TEE (Trusted Executive Environment) for better security across devices. Harmony operating system has arc compiler, which supports all major languages ​​including C /, C ++, Java, JavaScript and Kotlin. DIGITAL COMPUTER


A digital computer deals with digital data that can be stored in binary format.Binary data are made of two digitsd 0 nad 1.Such data may be stored in a bit in the computer’s memory.The bit may be in either of two states, namely ,”on state” and “off state”,which respectively represent the number 1 and 0.Therefore ,it is required to convert any type of data (even a grapic image or a musical note) into nbinary format brfore it is stored in computer’s memory.
According to size and performance,the digital computer may be classified into the following categories.
1.Micro computer
2.Mini computer
3.Mainframe computer .
4.Super computer.

ANALOG COMPUTER

Digital computer converts continuous data into digital signals for processing.the process of conversion is known as  encoding and digitizing.A digital computer essentially based upon the principle of counting a measurable quantity.However, an analog computer can measure a quantity and process it without the need of any digitization.Such computers are used mainly in scientific applications.

HYBRID COMPUTER

A numerically controlled machine produces cylindrical pin to very close tolerances.The machine has to keep track of the diameter of pins.This is possible if the diameter of the product is continuously measured. The instant diameter of the pin can be sent to the computer as an analog signal.Suppose the machine  has a tool that requires periodic replacement.How can one get a message when the tool requires replacement?This requires analysis of the products produced.This is essentially statistical analysis of the past data and best handled as numeric data.One can have a computer to deal with the measurement  of the diameterof the pin through an analog device and analize the trend through statistical analysis of numeric data which is digital in nature.A computer that can deal with the numeric data and analog signals is known as a”Hybrid Computer”
